Blatant ignoring of the customer and a glaring undertaking of deceit and FRAUD!
I did not understand what additional details were being requested by you through an email received sometime last week, but which now seems to have disappeared from my inbox. There was an update link on it, where a drop down menu appeared, but whichI could not submit after adding the information! It would not allow me proceed without completing a facebook account detail, of which I do not have one!
