Noor bank treats their customers as thieves. Whenever I was 1 week late with my loan payment they called me up shouting recommending me to as they said "manage your pathetic life" and they closed the phone on my face.

They even said if the payment is 1 dirham less they will put in the security cheque. This bank has no humanity and no professionalism at all. However, this time I have lost my job and I did not make my payments for a month, they sent me an email saying that I have 24 hours to make the payment or security cheque will be submitted (we are talking about a Friday afternoon). Threatening your customers is not the solution!

Moreover, was anyone able to open up the terms and conditions website?

( ) I requested to reread the terms and conditions but until now no answer... kind of shady.
