very bad experienced happaned always from noor bank credit card,ther unwantly made charged,please dont buy any credit card from noor bank Dear sir, Regarding this month statement of credit card ,I have issue that your bank has been charged AED 320 without any resion ,When i checked customer care on 18th nov ,they did not responds properly and they replied this charged for 14 aed exceeded from limit on 22 oct while i purchased flight ticket,According to October month statement, I paid 800aed before due date,after i have avilable balance aed 785.14 on 6th nov,then my latest available balance 163.31aed and statement balance was AED 4886.63 after i purchased another flight ticket on Nov 13th,however,the statement of nov came today and showing my statement balance 5157.21aed, how is is come ? I very stressfull disappointment your service and not proper responds from your customer care,I had already charged aed 250 for each month of sep & oct as well, noor bank did not send any message or email to aware the charge of payment in our credit card,we only know after charged , Please clarify this matter and reverse my amount as soon as possible,
