Noor Bank - Pathetic Experience with the collection officer
I have recently changed my job.As a result of which Noor bank freezed my account and my final settlement from the previous company with it.
I have already submitted all the necessary documents of the new company and my visa to the bank and i'm making the loan payment over the counter. As per them, i'm overdue for 1 and 1/2 EMI and the collection officers are emailing and calling me. The one who called today told me that he will make sure that I loose my job. And, my survival is not the bank's concern and they needs to be paid immediately.
Above all he said that they money that is there in the account, i have no right on that. It is so nonsense.
It is mental harassment.I've been with the bank for 2 years and have never delayed any payment and when i change my job, this is the kind of treatment i get.
